1979 NJCAA: Meet California

Diablo Valley went to the NJCAA Championships and had the school’s first “All-American” with Tim Johnson from at 150 pounds. In 1982, the California Community Colleges would move to the fall league and only sparsely would member schools compete in the NJCAA championships.
