The No. 9 University of Minnesota wrestling program continued their hot start to the season, as they defeated the No. 18 North Dakota State Bison by a score of 24-9.
The No.-6-ranked Pitt-Johnstown wrestlers jumped out to a 16-3 lead midway through the match, then took advantage of 11th-ranked Dillon Keane's 7-1 win over No. 3 Drew Wiechers at 165 lbs., to hand 17th-ranked Ashland (OH) a 25-9 loss, Friday night in Ashland, OH. The Mountain Cats remained unbeaten and improved to 6-0.
Bronchos Overwhelm Newman – University of Central Oklahoma Athletics
Brik Filippo's 26-second fall highlighted another dominating dual performance for Central Oklahoma as the No. 3-ranked Bronchos blitzed Newman 45-6 Friday night.
