Binghamton wrestling announced that Lou DePrez will be added to the coaching staff effective immediately. DePrez will be an assistant coach for the Bearcats program for the rest of the 2022-23 season.

Thompson Named MEC Wrestler of the Week – Fairmont State University Athletics
Evan Thompson was selected as Mountain East Conference Wrestler of the Week, provided by The Health Plan, the league announced on Monday (Jan. 23).

Thiel’s Hearn named PAC Wrestler of the Week – Thiel College Athletics
Thiel College senior Peyton Hearn (Conneaut, Pa./Conneaut Area) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Wrestler of the Week on Monday.
For the second time this season and in his career, Baldwin Wallace University junior All-American and No. 1 nationally ranked 149-pounder Michael Petrella (Reynoldsburg/Bishop Hartley) has been selected as the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Wrestler of the Week.
Liegel, Murphy Claim A-R-C Athlete of the Week Honors – Loras College Athletics
Wrestling senior Shane Liegel and men's track and field junior Holden Murphy have been named as American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Athletes of the Week in their respective sports after each put together impressive, and even record-breaking, performances over the weekend.
Senior Kyle Slendorn of No. 12 Stevens Institute of Technology wrestling was named Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Wrestler of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Southeastern University sophomore Gabe Jacobs was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference's Wrestler of the Week for his performance at the Missouri Valley Invitational over the weekend.
