Leading the charge as the top seed at 60 kg is Zholaman Sharshenbekov of Kyrgyzstan, the two-time reigning World Champion. He has collected four Senior World medals and was seventh the 2020 Tokyo Games.
The No. 1 seed is 2020 Olympic champion Yui Susaki of Japan, also a four-time World champion (2017, 2018 and 2022, 2023), the dominant wrestler of this generation.
