Episode 500 brings back a previous guest as Emma Randall of Beat The Streets New York is back on the Short Time Wrestling Podcast. Randall, the only woman who holds a gold-level coaching status by USA Wrestling, left Colorado Springs last summer to take over as the Girls Development Coordinator for Beat The Streets New York. The Ohio native and Lock Haven graduate talks about the recent US win over India in the Hollywood vs. Bollywood dual hosted by Beat The Streets LA among other things.

One of the focal points of this episode is the Cliff Keen Gotham City Girls Open, set for Pratt Institute in Brooklyn on April 19-20. Randall explains the dynamic of the tournament and why it's an important event, not just for the New York area's development, but for girls of all wrestling age groups.
