Taking care of the task at hand to the tune of a 24-point advantage before the other side could even blink, the seventh-ranked Presbyterian women's wrestling team thoroughly defeated Brewton-Parker in a first-time meeting between the two schools on Friday evening in the Peach State, cruising to a 29-17 W (their sixth dual victory of the year in nine outings).
Women's Wrestling Drops 35-8 Decision to No. 15 Emmanuel – Limestone University Athletics
The Limestone University women's wrestling team lost to No. 15 Emmanuel College on Friday evening by a final score of 35-8. The Saints surrendered 20 points via forfeits. Senior Alyssa Garza (Willis, Texas) provided the lone highlight for Limestone, a 6-1 decision in the 123-lb. bout.
The #8 UC women's wrestling team returned for Mid-South Conference action on Friday night. They took on both (RV) Lourdes and (RV) Siena Heights and came away with two victories. The Patriots defeated Lourdes 30-15 and then Siena Heights 30-18 to make them 2-1 in MSC duals.
