Three Huskers claimed individual titles and the Nebraska wrestling team won its third-straight and fifth overall Cliff Keen title on Saturday night at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Trent Hidlay, Isaac Trumble crowned Cliff Keen champions – NC State University Athletics
Two members of the NC State wrestling team went to Las Vegas and hit the jackpot.
Figueroa, Lightweights Shine at Cliff Keen Invitational – Arizona State University Athletics
Sun Devil Wrestling's lightweights shined at the Cliff Keen Invitational this weekend. Richard Figueroa, a redshirt freshman, won the 125 weight class, while two-time All-Americans Michael McGee and Kyle Parco both finished as runners-up at 133 and 149, respectively.
Mason Parris captured the heavyweight title to headline the No. 5-ranked University of Michigan wrestling team's fourth-place finish (96.5 points) at the 40th annual Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, which concluded Saturday (Dec. 3) at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The Panthers put in the work with 7 wins over top-25 opponents to wrap up 5th place as a team at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite. Five UNI wrestlers earned a spot on the podium, with finishing as runners-up in the final day of competition on Saturday.
