Last year, Princeton set a school record with two wrestlers reaching the NCAA Division I finals. Both Pat Glory and Quincy Monday return to the lineup and that’s just a taste of what you’ll hear from the Tigers this season. On Wednesday October 19, Princeton held Wrestling Media Day where head coach Chris Ayres fielded questions from the media in-person and through Zoom along with Glory, Monday, Marshall Keller and Travis Stefanik.

Along with Mat Talk Online’s Jason Bryant, NJ Advance Media’s Bill Evans, Bill Alden from Princeton’s Town Topics and Kyle Franko from The Trentonian all participated.

Check out the GearUP campaign I’ve joined on with in conjunction with Beat The Streets National. Check out how you can help outfit kids by going to https://www.mattalkonline.com/gearup. Every $50 donated outfits a needy wrestler with $200 worth of gear. Let’s make sure we don’t lose the next Burroughs, Taylor, Maroulis, Gray or Gardner because they can’t afford to get on the mat. This is a partnership between Beat The Streets National, Asics, Gear 2 Compete and Resilite, which has been a longtime supporter of this program and this network.
